This page explains what personal data we collect through this site, what for, where it is stored and how you can ask us to delete it.

What data we collect

Only what you fill in on the application form: Instagram handle, first and last name, age, email, phone, time availability, monthly billing range, main platform, whether you work with an agency and, if so, the percentage they take. We also store the date and time of the submission.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no automated profiling: every application is read by a person.

What we use it for

To assess your application and contact you about it. We do not sell it, we do not hand it to third parties for commercial purposes, and applying does not add you to any mailing list.

Where it is stored

In a PostgreSQL database managed by Neon, and the site is served from Vercel. Both act as infrastructure providers on our behalf.

For how long

For as long as your application is still relevant to a selection process. If you want it deleted sooner, ask by email and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to management@novoftalent.com from the same address you applied with.

Minors

The form only accepts applications from people aged 18 or over, and that restriction is enforced both in the form and in the database.
